Communicating Online is much easier when it comes to email, messaging, chatting and more. Emailing is one of the most used form of communication online. Emailing is most commonly used for business partners exchanging files and important information needed, the everyday people use it also for sending pictures and exchanging letters to family you haven't talked to in a while. From technology today and the rate of speed the Internet goes, if you send and email to someone that person will get that message in the matter of seconds. Also with the amount of money the Internet cost, which is nothing. Users can communicate less effectively to others. The Host Name basically identifies where the recipients email account or mailbox resides. The User I.D is and identifier for the recipient. Email servers and protocols basically are emails that are sent all over the Internet, and an email client might use a number of protocols such as P.O.P ( Post Office Protocol), SMTP ( Simple Mail Transfer Protocol), IMAP( Internet Message Access Protocol). In chapter 4 basically tells us how to receive and open mail that is sent to us, and how to reply and to send to others, printing is easy also. It tells you some simple in creating and composing an email. Sending a message with and attachment such as a picture, and important file or letter, you just click the little paperclip symbol and you should be able to add your picture in your email. Emails are easy and simple to use today with all the new technology and it will keep getting easier as the time goes on.
